Below are the roles available in the Paga business portal:


Business Administrator:  This role is assigned to the creator of the business account. The administrator has complete control of the business account, the admin can assign roles to other users. This role can only be assigned to users by another existing business administrator, if assigned the current top level business admins will retain this role. This role can access all available modules within the portal.
 


Business Finance Manager: The finance manager has access to finance related resources on the business portal. The  administrator can assign this role to a user within the organisation. The  Finance manager has access to transaction history, financial management, bulk payment, payment collection and Point of Sales module. 



Business Operation Manager: This role is similar to Finance manager role except all functionality that supports transaction initiation from the portal. The  Finance manager has access to the transaction history, financial management, bulk payment, payment collection and Point of Sales module.



Business Report Viewer: This user has access to  view transaction history and dashboard items only. The user cannot view balance or initiate a transaction out of the business account. 



Business Teller Role:  The user will have access to the point of sales module and dashboard module.
